Is anyone having issues connecting to the server tonight? If not has anyone ever had a problem connecting? It keeps telling me server is not available at this time.

Not quite sure anyone flew off the handle. Were some replies less tactful, yes but not really flying off the handle. As far as your question of intent, it is a good one however do not expect a reasonable answer. I for one am confident in my reply as to his intent. As he even wrote he has never competed here nor has any intent, yet here he is asking questions about something he supposedly has no interest in. Not only did he ask questions, he researched. He didn't just spend time coming here and typing, he spent time scouring the net looking for info. Please tell me who does that unless they have a dog in the fight or looking to reap some type of reward. If you notice he did break out a dictionary and thesaurus for his reply to act as if he was smarter and above the community here. He got on his pedestal and he proved me right. While he thinks he is smarter than the average bear with his subliminal messaging, he really is just looking to promote another site. All 8 participants received that prize package. I think each prize package was valued at over $100.00. They played free of charge in that tournament as all gamers of that community does, and are currently participating there now in a tournament with 14 other clans. That league has posted my clans accomplishments, and they have received photos of my members with the prizes. That to me is a sponsorship. Might I add no drama, or accusations of cheating. That statement is there for no other reason but in hopes to garner interest in another site. He hopes that some here will say oh man look at what they got. Where is that at? The post on our forums here today is no different than his last over at the Socom forums. It is self serving. I mean I keep going back to the question you posed here and that is what is the intent? You will not get a reasonable explanation as I said before. It won't make sense and if we say it don't make sense it will just be that all of us are not smart enough to see it. Again the same M.O he had on the Socom forums when his post was epic failure. I mean it was not just UF posters calling him out, it was people who had never even played or heard of us here at UF calling him out. This guy is transparent as hell yet for some reason he thinks he is getting one by on everyone.

This law is in now way telling parents how they raise their kids. It about game stores not giving 2 shits about a rating and selling to anyone to make a buck. You tell me how parents can be with their children 24-7. Tell me you never do anything that your parents do not know. I can tell you I have heard no less than 25 times over the last 7 years while online gaming, about how a parent has caught their child playing a M-Rated game that they did not give permission for the kid to buy. Their have been numerous complaints about it as well. The game has a rating for a reason. It is not to be sold to anyone under age. plain and simple. Puddy has hit this right on the mark. If a parent has no objection to their child owning or renting this game, they can make sure they are there for the purchase or rental. This is not censorship at all. This is making companies selling these games responsible to who they sell it to. Just like alcohol. As a parent I know I can only do my best to teach my child. I can teach her and trust her to do the right things. I can tell her all about life that I know and have learned. I do know however the pressure of being a teenager will at some time, possibly have her make a bad choice or try to. Like buy beer. Like try to sneek into a r rated or even a M rated movie. Buy a game that is rated M. In any of those cases I hope the clerk is responsible enough to ask her for ID. That is their job in situations such as these.

Well if you have a will think of it as a Wii remote = Move Controller and Nunchuck = Navigator. For a game like Eye Pets the Move is used but not the Navigator. In a game such as Socom both will be used. The move is used for the reticle while that navigator well as it implies navigates your character.

Picked up the Move, Navigator and Eye Pets today for my daughter. She had an absolute blast with it after school today. I agree with Irish that Eye Pets is a must have if you have children. As far as using it for shooters or other games I have yet to try it on those but will see what I can do tomorrow with it and assess it then.

What Viper sent is also the MSRP....You can pick them up new at $799 all day everywhere. I would say at best for being used it would be $699 and that is top end used in the right situation if you get lucky. I would say realistically you could ask $600 in hopes of getting at least $450 to $600 for it. In selling used goods there are so many variables. I am just not talking about the condition. I mean things such as how desperate are you for the money? Of course if your needing to turn it over fast, you may be at the lower end as you do not want to miss out on a buyer. If your not in a hurry then you can hold out. Used guitars are a dime a dozen. There are only a select few that retain value used. Then there are even a fewer ones who actually are worth more now than when they were new. Yours from what I see is not one of those. I just found a few being sold used retail for $499 and being sold at that price. A lot of people who are selling used at a higher price point are not having luck. Several suggestions 1: Check contacts on Charger, battery and camcorder. Make sure they are clean. Use a pencil eraser on contacts and wipe with a q-tip and alcohol. 2: Be sure that when the batteries are connected to both the charger and camcorder that they seat properly and the contacts are fully seated against one another. This is especially true for the camcorder. Third party batteries are often not as good as original parts and tend to create a sloppy connection causing errors. If it is neither of the above, make sure both the charger and the batteries are compatible with the camcorder.

Taking guns from your everyday law abiding citizen is not the answer as those above have mentioned. There is another reason I will never support such an action and will go to jail to preserve my rights. What I just said is the problem. I guarantee there will be 100,000's of thousand people just like me who would do the same. So is that the answer. To make felons out of people who are only supporting their rights as given by our Constitution?
