Hey everyone. This upcoming Mon will be U-Freq's special Christmas special and Urgent Fury is inviting clans from the UF community to send in AUDIO CLIPS sending out their holiday wishes. You have a short amount of time to submit, but then again, we're asking for anything long. If you want your voice and your clan representing on Mon night's U-Freq episode, the follow the following: - create an audio clip of any file type that is NO LONGER than 30-seconds offering your clan name and your holiday wishes. - Please do not curse in your message - Make it as clear, crisp and smooth as you can make it so that your msg will be heard - Email the audio file to Cmdr. Fury at commanderfury@urgentfury.com - submissions can be sent in between now and THIS SUNDAY AFTERNOON @ 3PM CST! Any late entries will be excluded from the show. Get this message/offer out to the audiophiles of your clan so you, too, will be represented for the holidays!

I was thinking about it...even though my wired keyboard is just fine in cord length. I saw the PS3 one at the Circuit City closing down near my place. They had it down from $80 to $45....but still couldn't see myself spending the money on it when my corded one still suits me. But I thought about it.

I always thought about getting one of these. I don't game on my couches. I don't like fascilitating the eventual butt- indent that couch potatoes put in otherwise nice couches. I have an 'alternate seat' whenever I game to preserve the furniture. I used to game in a beanbag. Then I used to game in a folding director's chair. Nowadays I alternate between one of those folding nylon beach chairs and my hammock chair. When I fall asleep on Ravenfall during late night Masses......I'm in the hammock chair. Damn thing is like a cotton cloud lullaby. LOL

Hello all! This is just a reminder to all clans of UF that the days left to sign up for UF: Black January are quickly winding down! Remember, UF: Black is now its own monthly, ongoing stat-based tourney and January is your first chance to jump into the action. Please remember that the UF: Black tourney is designed for clans of the UF community that have already participated in a previous UF tourney. To all new incoming clans to UF, you will still have to complete your UF: Hell Week experience before you can taste any other action here at Urgent Fury. We are working diligently to getting Hell Week evaluations rolling as quickly and as smoothly as possible. As a reminder to those clans still on the fence regarding UF: Black January, please remember that UF: Chain Reaction, UF's first TACMAP tourney in 'O9, will begin in February, so many clans here may want to get a jump on their UF: Black participation before they're dug in deep in the potential 3 months they might last in Chain Reaction. As Urgent Fury is looking forward to a great 2009, we're also looking forward to a GREAT initial launch for the all-new UF: Black tourney. INVITES GO OUT NEXT WEEK! If your clan has not yet signed up for UF: Black January, you still have a few days to do so!

When I took the plunge and bought my flat panel tv, my buddy Merlin told me "but dude, once you do, NEVER look in the Circuit City sale paper EVER again." LOL

That should come as no surprise to you. That's the nature of technology. When something "new" comes out, they know everyone wants one, and they jack that price up. Wait a year, it comes down a little. Wait two years, and it's damn near affordable to EVERYONE. I remember when a 1G SD memory card for your digital camera was like $80 bucks or so a year or two ago. I can go to Microcenter today and get a 2G card for about $9.99. Hell, look at the price of Playstations. Going down almost every half year. And it's not like PS4's are right around the corner either. Tech just goes down by nature. Technology is the sloshed out slut at every party.

LOL....when I read "Dog takes bullet to save family" I thought some dynamic dog jumped mid-air when the bullet was fired to PURPOSELY catch the bullet sailing at his owner. LOL....the dog was probably just pissed off that he got woken up. Cool story. Hope some help arrives to them. That title was just a little comically misleading.
