I looked first but didnt find any threads with these in them. If I'm duplicating my apologies. I just saw one on Spike while watching TUF with Eminem as the background music but I cant seem to find it anywhere. If anyone finds it post it up its pretty sweet.

I was changing my theme for Mozilla from baseball to football today and ran across a theme for the LFL. Now at first I thought it was just some play on the little game you see during the Super Bowl. But as any true blooded American man would do when it comes to women in lingerie, I researched it in depth. Turns out its real. They actually play football and they get physical. Seriously!!! I fully believe the price will drop. Keep in mind too that, as Goat pointed out, there hasnt been a release date announced for the DLC. They could be using this statement as a feeler to see what kind of push back they'll get. They could end up offering the first DLC for free just to hook us. At least that'd be the smart thing to do. But then Sony/Slant 6 and smart decisions seem to be like water and oil right now. And thank you Goat. Consider it done!!

So when a game is sold with another item, for the same price as the game alone, we should assume we're not getting a full ps3 game? What about when the game box, the inserts, and the game itself show features not actually contained within the game? What should we do then? Either way, as stated earlier, its a moot point. I bought the game, for what ever the breakdown in price is, and I may eventually buy the DLC. I'm just not happy, like most others, about the decision to charge for DLC (at least the first DLC). 12 maps will definitely be cool.

Really?? After all of this and thats the best they could come up with to say THANK YOU? $5 off. How about they deduct that $9.99 from the $60 we've already paid then go in and finish the parts of the game that are still unfinished and we'll call it even. After that I'll pay for DLC if I'm still playing the game and decide I want it. Whats worse: A company that continues to produce piss poor product with even worse customer service or a consumer who continues to pay for the piss poor product with even worse customer service?

He did say he would test it against the DNA the "MILITARY" had on file. Add the fact that the blackouts have happened before and the FBI agents flash with the armed masked men moving in a quick paced room search and I believe its a military type conspiracy. His daughter is somehow involved in this. IMO.

I played it last night for the first time. It takes a while to get used to. If you have more than 8 people you want to play with you're out of luck. So far not to bad though. Once I figure out the controls I'm sure it'll be better.

I'm with you Devil. The first two episodes were good and for now it has my attention also. I was a little worried about it at first. The previews were comparing it to Lost which I didnt think was a smart move given most of us really cant wait for that whole thing to be over with. But for now FlashForward is pretty interesting.

Yeah Marine the boots are top of the line. I've had mine 4 years now and they still wear like new. Good support, comfy, and great traction (been put tot he test many times). I recommend the 6 inch over the 8 inch but that's my personal preference. The tops rub my calves when sitting. Both pair of my Oakley glasses are polarized. I'm waiting patiently for them to release a polarized pair tall enough, and cool enough, to wear while on the bike. Once that happens I'll be set.

Great link! When I get my iPhone early next year when my 'scripts up, I'll keep this in mind. Oakley's the only brand of sunglasses I wear for my beach vball and all, so I'm very surprised I never walked deeper into their site to see these types of things. Very cool. I'm a bit of a brand freak. I only wear Oakley glasses (personal and work), I wear Oakley SI boots at work and Oakley flip flops when its warm enough, and I use Oakley duffel bags for travel.

Wasnt Blood Lake a Socom 2 map? They talk about Foxhunt, Shadow Falls (which IMO was the worst map ever), and Vigilance (slash Guidance slash Requiem) but then later on mention Blood Lake. But, given that and the spelling errors (yeah I know petty but you'd expect it to be proofed), IMO, its false. But like everything else Socom we'll have to WAIT and SEE.
