All I can say is thank god for Call of Duty 4. I think 1 look at that and Slant Six KNEW they better head back in to make it right. Say all you want about any of the negatives but CoD4 has raised the bar bigtime and developers need to step up. I dont care if is late this year as long as its DONE when we get it. -

I had MLB2k7 and liked it. Found a league online using The Show so I traded 2k7 in and picked up The Show. Had it for 3 days and traded it back in for 2k7. Hitting was a complete joke..... EVERYTHING else in that game was very nice and made ya want to keep playing it. But, the hitting system is garbage. I played the demo, and Im glad I did...... It stopped me from wasting $60 on it again. I'll wait for 2k8.

Bro, that wasn't anything close to an "attack"...... Maybe it wasn't worded right but it wasn't an attack. I stand by what it was I was trying to say, but I could (and should) have did it through a "pm" or clan rep section. I just don't understand all the "we need a ruling on this" or "we didn't know" stuff. This issue was posted IMMEDIATELY after the wars on Monday night. And the "Last Stand / Nade" issue wasn't about just 2 clans. It was about the entire Monday night lineup. There were more grenade kills in week #8 then in week #1. And it floored me that clans came into Wednesday's matches with "Last Stand"....... So, although a still hold the same stance in how I feel about all this I didn't mean to disrespect anybody from [\H/]. That was never the intent.

Then maybe [\H/] has the wrong clan rep...... Part of making all this work is being ABLE to participate on the forums. As a rep you need to be up to date on whats going on here so you can pass it along to your clan. With the discussion out here, and then in the rep section, there is NO reason clan's shouldn't have been aware of this problem coming into Wednesday's wars.

EXACTLY...... You guys are asking to be lead by the hand through all this. Last stand IS a good perk to use for this mode. HOWEVER, after Monday night's war, EVERYBODY knew (or should have know via your rep) that you would have this "nade issue". "Last Stand" should not be banned, you just have to use some common sense and set up your classes accordingly. My post went up to my clan banning the use of "Last Stand" for the remainder of the Crucible Monday night after the intial thread in the rep area and the tests that were performed. So, EVERYBODY took it out of their custom classes. But yet, we get in Wednesday's war and half of the other team is using it. Guess what, we won both rounds due to grenade kills. Go figure...... Didnt see that coming! Â

This guy continues to take jabs by putting "kid" in bold and using it twice in his run on sentence.  He jumps on Tow's bandwagon with the "babies" comment (which I thought was out of line to begin with).  Then ends it with yet another jab but figures if he types "lol" & "j/k" that its ok and acceptable?  I don't blame Last for his reply. But, do remember..... Sometimes your comments may "kick the sleeping dog". So, you put a target on the back of your entire clan. I know we're already hoping to meet iMr in the playoffs and I thank-you for the bulletin board material for my clan to read.Â

I voted that "I like it". I just wish there was a way to "turn them off" all together to eliminate any problems.

Ok, the reference to the old man calling Chris from The Family Guy was funny as hell..... Sounded exactly like him. Not many mention it, but that old dude is one of the best characters on that show.

Watching that video just makes me mad at Zipper for what they did to a great series. Â Im hoping this new "no vehicles" Socom in "next gen" graphics will bring it back.......

I think "chat boards" on a forum really take traffic away from your forums. We found a happy medium on our site. The forums are still forums and out on their own but yet we have a small customized tagboard on our main page. Check it out.... http://www.illgamers.com

I kinda thought that at first to Voltage. But, I think its really more of a concern of the "mode" itself. If your down and losing its one of the hardest modes to fight back in. Lastnight we came in prepared and had a gameplay. We talked well and worked good together. I even sent "MarauderHD" a pm explaining what we did and why. I wanted him to have the thought process we used to apply to his "loop" theory. It worked lastnight, but maybe it doesn't work Wednesday and we go to plan B. Now we just need to develop a plan B.Â

In our war lastnight, did you not see a plan that we worked out? Â In your original (or second) post you described what we talked about all week concerning the HQ mode. Â We practiced it alot and it seemed to work. Â With you guys, it seemed that you attacked individually alot. Â Never in groups..... I hate HQ and always have. Â Its by far my least favorite mode to play. Â But we practiced our plan several times over the last 2 days and will make improvements tonight for tomorrows match. Â For me, the ONLY way this mode is even playable is due to the 30 second delay. Â If there is a "loop" then maybe you let a clan take 1 and hold it to completion then be ready with all your guys alive for the next HQ spawn?? Â I don't know......
