I have been watching the streams over the weekend and the multiplayer looks to be pretty good... We will be streaming it this month as well. What do you guys think?

I have to apologize I did not see your question about order and dates, we are going to start sending payments out to teams in August/September... no exact date yet as it will depend on my availability to get money orders sent out while on Rigs. My focus is getting started at my new job, so I do not visit the site much and did not get an email notification about your replies. But I will add you to the list of those that just don't understand that we got screwed over and that all of this is going to come out of my pocket. Not to mention I have been unemployed going on 3 years now so getting a new job is going to take a bit for me to get payments going out. There is nothing more I can provide other than that. If you are looking for more you are going to just have to be patient like most of the other teams have been.

So, one thing we have been missing around here is some competitive type games... that is all about to change! Destiny COD Advanced Warfare BF Hardline Driveclub Rainbow Six Siege Got Guns (This is a fun free to play game) These were just a few that are now on our radar for tournaments in the future... I hate to say there was not really anything in the 3rd person shooter options shown at E3, but Destiny will be our top pick along with COD AW. Battlefield we are anticipating will still not have private servers at release so we will probably write that one off. Rainbow Six Siege is going to be another one to look out for, we had a good 20 min discussion with the powers to be about the requirements needed to be able to use the game and they were very positive about meeting the needs. This one is 5 v 5 and a ton of fun.

While that would be great, I would much rather make good on it this just half ass it. I am starting a good job and since I paid for most of event already, minus what we did receive in entry fees (that covered the venue cost and about half of the games), I will pay out the remainder out of pocket. Its my responsibility to take care of it and I just want it over with. The first place team has already hacked the site, our paypal accounts and several other activities so they are going to get paid last, all of the teams that have been understanding and supportive will be paid first.

Its a fair question, and what it boils down too after discussions with lawyers, it will be cheaper for me to pay out of pocket then go after the prize sponsor that probably did not even have the money in the first place. We will not go into details about the prize sponsor as recommended by our legal team but I will chock it up as a bad lesson learned

The short answer is by this summer, since this is going to have to come out of my pocket because of lack of support and the winners destroying every fundraiser we tried... I am starting a new job and it will take time to pay everyone from my paychecks... so we will work with the teams that were not causing problems first then work from there.

You did not include the roughly 60 games you get for free with plus. I would also challenge your numbers on your pc game cost, we will stick to the 4 major titles even on PC costing $59.99... so minus the controller your five year spend is still quite a bit higher on PC and the average gamer will have to upgrade their video card at least once and possibly upgrade ram at least once in that period. But otherwise not a bad analysis.

If often means this past weekend then yah I guess there is a lot more I could do... right now we are in the production process for the video for the fundraiser, but after last nights events brought on by members of Unite we are on hold while the authorities complete their process with the hacking of our web server and my paypal account. While I understand the frustration, this move has caused us to change our focus for the time being until we get it resolved.

The real hold up is me right now, I have been focused on my day job trying to increase my income since I have been Jobless for a couple of years now. Another hurdle is finding the right platform... It looks like we are going to have to go with indiego but all of them have such high service fees that we have to raise an extra couple of grand to cover fees. One of the other ideas we are thinking is an online tourney for Ghosts charity event where teams will donate to play in the event. These are some of the ideas being discussed with staff right now.

Sorry I did not seem to receive an email notification on your reply... First there is not much to update at this time, we continue to look at solutions and we are in the works of creating a fundraiser as well. I am sure most do not realize this site is run fully by volunteers and our small ad revenue goes to pay for our web server. As for promoting everything else, with the exception of the Dust 514 Online Tournament that completed in the last couple of weeks, we have not had any events going on. This is generally the slow period while we wait for the next shooter to come out. As for not caring, that is the farthest from the truth, you can ask anyone who talks with us on a regular basis that we are still sickened by this situation that we have been put in. All we can do is continue to work towards a solution. We can see many ways for this to get resolved, but its all long term, and quite frankly we would rather get this fixed sooner than later. But the continued negative posts do not help. As for the note about AC, he has not been involved with the site for well over 2 years so not sure why you are just bringing that up. Your post was not removed, as you can see I quoted it... so not sure what happened.

Yes we have discussed several plans but the solutions are not really fast enough, most are near March or later. So we are continuing to find one sooner. And no one will be dropped by the wayside, we have each individual in a spreadsheet with exactly what is owed to them.

First your stats are off but no matter, its expected from you guys. And there were no promised numbers either, the event itself was a success, just a deadbeat sponsor refuses to own up. That all will be resolved well before Houston. As for your concerns Nswiercz, you are correct we should have had the sponsor payout prior to the event and this has been changed so that this does not happen again. As for our backup backing out, that individual made that choice and though we are not happy that he did not come through, he at least let us know so that we could inform the teams. All of our partners know exactly what is going on as we update them just like the teams and we have their support in the situation. Once this is all rectified it will be one lesson we will never forget. What surprised me is this seems to happen quite a lot in this industry so we will be a little more selective with our sponsors and much more diligent with our agreements.
