one of the funniest darn things at that con I heard was this... I was in artist alley talking to a very cool artist and his lovely wife, he was doing a sketch for me and it was close to closing time.. this Chicago PD lady cop comes up the alley shouting "THAT's IT!! TIME TO GO! LET's GET MOVING. MOVE IT PEOPLE ..MOVE IT... MOVE IT... MOVE IT.. a mutual friend of the artist and myself came up to the table and said... OH!! I am sooooo going home with her tonight!! LMFAO!!!

What a cutie pie... no I'm talking bout the girl not me Sniper!! POWER GIRL will knock you out with her Knockers!! sweet as can be... but no way am I kissing those fricking lips!!! These girls were a bloody mess!! but hey it's all good... These two kept following me around?? I'm not sure why, but I got the feeling I was a bad boy.. a verrry baaaaaadddd boy! It's raining... It's pouring.. I bored and feel like typing, just general yahoo stuff so no need to read it if you are busy.. LOL. Been raining here for a day straight.. Internet connect has been fouling up.. PS network keeps kicking me off. Yard work planned is on hold.. Son's Football game canceled.. ( I know!! cancel football because of RAIN!! UNHEARD OF!! but there's a bit of lighting as well and the league calls the shots) top it off.. the wife was doing the laundry and woke me up from a nice lil nap I was taking to inform me the dryer was on FIRE!! You should have seen the Goat running around the house in his BVD's trying to locate the fire extinguisher, kids and wife in a panic.. dog barking... fire alarm going off.. half asleep I was holding the extinguisher backwards when I pulled the pin and got a blast of yellow powder in the hip which turned my BVD's into a nice yellow green color, choking from the fumes of smoke billowing out of the dryer motor.. I yelled at the boy to fetch my painters mask from the garage. Snagging up my daughters chalkboard laying nearby to fashion a ridicules shield with.. (not sure what I was thinking on that one) I went in!!.. looking like something out of a "Monty Python" fire fighter skit ...hell's bells... using the shield I manage to pry off the bottom panel of the dryer and was hit with a cloud of foul electrical smoke (probably toxic). Took a second to pat myself on the back for opting to buy the much more expensive eye protecting dual filter painters mask, I emptied the extinguisher onto the motor, with a quick gasp the smoke relented as the motor crackled piffled and died. Finally managing to yank the plug (why I didn't think to hit the fuse box first is beyond me???) the emergency was over and I felt the "Duke" would have been proud of my Hellfighter Fireman skizzles! I emerged from the basement and informed the family the fire was out, the relief on their face came first but was quickly replaced by a look of WTF'ness... the wife son and daughter just stared at me for a second or two and then all three busted out laughing their ass off. I asked "what the heck are you three laughing at?" to which the wife said "Dave, go look in the mirror!" when I did.. it was OMFG!! I no longer felt the "Duke" would have approved and believe he would have more then likely put a bullet in my head and called me a green horn pathetic firefighting clown. Another look in the mirror and I busted out laughing, the kids and wife were still laughing and we all just rolled on the floor laughing our butts off for a good minute or two... Cleaned up the mess and the wife and kids headed to Home Depot to look at new dryers.. the reality of an unexpected Five hundred dollar bill I'm sure to get from all of this just hit and I'm now drinking a few beers and holding a memorial service for my melted down charred Maytag Dryer. You served me well for the last ten years my friend. "May the appliance gods have mercy on your recycled parts." Goat out.

Don't have much time right now Malu but I just wanted to say it looks like you are off to a good start. Take a minute and read thru this thread http://www.urgentfury.com/uf_forum/index.php?topic=2803.20 A lot of those questions like transparent backgrounds were discussed there. For ex. for transparency save as a .png or a .gif not a .jpeg. Other helpful stuff was suggested within the linked thread. Peace yo. Goat

Your welcome. Since you like it, when I get some time, I'll go over it again and smooth out that right edge as well as blend the war dog in the cape a bit better.. Official UF colors are gold and black but your sig just had an overall violent violet feel to it so I made a slight color change to the logo's. Hopefully Tow and Sniper won't mind. Happy to help out amigo, use it as long as you would like to. Goat.

Malu, Those fonts can be found in the download pack Sniper provided for UF members. Yea sure if I get some more time I can redo your's with some of the requested changes but now that you have PSP maybe you want to try em yourself? It's really not that difficult and can be sort of fun to learn as you go. Check out a couple of the recently past threads here, Like Havoc's Sig making Video tutorial as well as the Sig contest thread which included a lot of great information on other tutorial's, places to download fonts, resizing, steps in making sigs, etc etc... a lot of questions were answered during those threads and a lot of good links were provided. Just scan over some of the recent topics on Sigs and I'm sure you can find them. In the mean time if you still want me to help I'll give it a go when I get some time or otherwise goat for it yourself and have some fun. If you need help on your own creation feel free to pm me, no problem amigo.

My wife was on 35w about 3 miles south of Mlps in Edina having crossed the same bridge not more then about a half an hour or so before this occurred. She said a literal convey of ambulances, fire rescue units and state patrol cars were streaming up in the opposite lanes. Traffic during this time on 35w moves at a crawl. I feel blessed that she narrowly missed this ordeal and my heart and well wishes goes out to the victims and their families of anyone who suffered this disaster. She takes this bridge twice a week coming from a course she is taking at the Univ. of Mn. I was in a panic after calling her cell and hearing it ring in the bedroom, I had no way to get in touch with her until she got back home just an hour or so ago. So far it seems there was a few seconds between when the bridge started to rattle and actually collapsed this gave many on the edges a chance to flee their vehicles however those towards the middle had little or no time. Goat.

Nice write up on config and I agree Tomato is better then most of the firmware for Routers. I also agree totally on the 2 or 3 setting for your mic. I do have a work around solution for those that find this way over their head. Unplug your Router.. and plug your PS3 directly into the modem.. Done! (you no longer have UnP available but you don't need it anymore since all ports are open.. also you now have a NAT 1 connection.) p.s. I can say this however because I have a buis class modem that has several ports for different I.P.'s this really won't help you unless you don't need any other device on the net when you are on your ps3. But in a worst case scenario and if you can do without your laptop or Pc when you are online with your ps3 then a direct to modem connection is the ticket.

Well unless they are throwing Wally Szczerbiak into the deal I'm not interested!! LMFAO!! If it's such a good deal then how come the papers are saying if it gets done Ainge will have some redemption in Boston for his past mistakes.. . what does that say for McFail? Whatever the deal.. when you get two of the worst GM's in the history of the league together to make a deal the chances of it working out for either is slim to none. Oh and two first round pics... doesn't even make up for half the one's we lost in the Joe Smith fiasco!! The big question in MN is "Who is the MN Timberwolves now? Around town we have several huge banners of KG with the words "THE FACE OF THE T-Wolves!" well who are they going to put up there now??? I mean come on Al Jefferson??? not likely? As for young team vs veteran players... well we have tried that before and it just means we aren't going anywhere for a while.. again.. The buzz in BOSTON is this is a WIN-WIN situation for the Celtics.. well good for them.. but that equates to a LOSE-LOSE situation for the Timberpups any way you look at it.. p.s. I have a signed basketball, Rookie card, Jersey number patch, Original Jacket, and other Garnett TW crapola.. any of you Celtics fans want em!!? LOL.
