Well I wouldn't have attributed his upload to packet shaping so first thought is virus. If that is the case he has a bad enough day without us pulling pranks on him. The other thing is if you have P2P applications open they will hog your system and mess with your router if there are to many connections. I would bet that with that low of upload it is on his end.

reboot all your stuff run a virus scan on all your PC's run a spyware scan on all your PC's disconnect all but your more trusted PC, one least likely to have a virus or spyware, and run speedtest again. If you still have issues directly connect to modem and run again. Could be router issue. If you have wireless see if anyone is connecting in that is not suppose to. There should be a devices tab that will show what is connected. There are a bunch of other things too but start there.

Apparently there was another puppy that they squeezed the paw of to get it to yelp. I don't know, it just seems fake to me. Call it a gut feeling.

hmmm.... I really couldn't tell if it was real or not. Just read that it is fake. The puppy was dead when they threw it. Even though that is still sick it doesn't deserve the attention it is getting.

Well I was given a choice between those 2 or MLB the Show. I went with the show. I have always liked the Hot Shot series, they are usually very fun. But with the limited amount of content I wasn't paying $60 for it. BTW If you have a Circuit City add they had a misprint for $49.99. I also have RB6V, the first one. To be honest as bad as COD's lobby is RB6 was worse. Graphics are not as good and I don't think it was going to be much better then the first.

I just tested this and the perks did not work. Did you change the setting, leave the private match and come back? Sometimes the settings reset back to default for some reason but I disabled perks and mine didn't work. I tested it again with ONLY the overkill perk and that does not disable. So it seems that some perks work and others don't when disabled. I think we need test this fully then go from there.

It is all over Chicago news radio (sports) about the renovation of Wrigley and the need to play somewhere else. They are creating a proposal for it, rumor has it that it may be next year.

how can you say that? have you been to EVERY other ML park?? lol f'n smoke.. Because Fenway, Yankee Stadium, and Wrigley are the only stadiums that ALWAYS draw sellout crowds. Of the 3 Wrigley far surpasses the 2. I agree that Wrigley sells out but it is for the wrong reason and you know it. It is a beer garden, plain and simple. Look at all the people on their cell phones, not paying attention to the game and so on. I wonder what kind of crowds you will see if/when the Cubs play at US Cellular. That will be a true test of the fans. Especially if those games are at night! I personally like Miller Ball Park over all of the stadiums I have been to. Now most are the older stadiums, Philly, NY, Atlanta, LA and so on. Although Atlanta's new stadium is pretty nice. Actually the old barn was the BEST to go to a Hawks game! Any old timer that went to a Black Hawk game before they tore it down should vouch for that. WHAT A BLAST!

I don't pay attention to the Cubs anymore. Every year it is the same old story. Look at us we have the greatest team on paper then you blame Bartman for messing up the World Series dream. I have lived in the Chicago land area the majority of my life and EVERY year it is the same. Face it, something will happen, that blade of grass tripped me or that cloud got in my way. It is excuse after excuse. When I was a kid, my parents owned travel agencies and everyone in my family other then me are Cubs fans. We went on a Cubs tour to LA for 4 games, we stayed in the same hotel as the Cubs. I met all of them, Bruce Sutter, Dave Kingman, Ivan deJesus and the rest. The best part was when it was LA winning the series 3-0, in the 4th game Cubs up 5-2 in the bottom of the ninth and Davey Lopes came up and hit a walk off Grand Slam, IT WAS AWESOME!

That is because they are STILL drinking their beer and pissing in the troufts, has NOTHING to do with baseball! Listening to a Cubs fan saying "this is the year" is the same as knowing what is going to happen when a blond says "I am so drunk!"

Well in Sequoyah's defense he has to buy the MLB package. Smoke signals don't reach his rabbit ear antenna from Cleveland. I am surprised they even have TV coverage for that team. At least if you watch the Cubs games you get to watch the drunk idiots that don't know anything about baseball. What do you get from watching an Indians game? Nothing that I can think of.

I get to listen to him on almost every day on 1400AM radio during the summer. Also, Cubs suck. I work in Milwaukee so I get to hear him too. I CAN'T STAND THE CUBS.

The ONLY way I would pay more the $1 to watch the Indians play is if Bob Uecker is the announcer, Wesley Snipes is leading off, Tom Beringer catching, Charlie Sheen pitching and Stacey Carol (Suzanne Dorn) in that red dress! ;D INDIANS SUCK! GO SOX!!!!!!

I thought you just got a new Dell about a year ago? I was going to say if it that one call support. You CAN replace just the screen. It is usually costly for laptops but you MAY be able to find a deal. It isn't to hard to do if you take your time!

Read that article again. 16% is a estimate of what ST has covered, that number does not include what has gone directly to MS. MS will not give out the actual % of what has failed, I wonder why?

Rule of thumb for electronic manufacturing is a 3% failure rate. This is what is deemed acceptable by the majority of electronic manufacturers. Obviously there are some out there where there failure rate is MUCH better then that due to the nature of their equipment but for residential uses this is the norm. Now I have heard that the Xbox has a 43% failure rate and posted articles stating the failure rate to be in the 30% range. They also had a NEW version of the 360 at a conference that ended up with the red ring of death while in the middle of the conference. That to me is not good. I have not seen any major reports of PS3 failures. I know of some that have had failures but no where near the numbers that the Xbox sees. Is it in that 3%? I don't know but if it was higher then that you would usually see a report somewhere. From what I have read in forums it seems that there are a lot of PS3 failures were from people that either kept it in the vertical position, older models have vent holes near the HDD, this may cause an issue. Others I have read have kept it in a tight location with little air circulation. Now in the cases where they keep it in a closed location, to me that is operator error. Not a PS3 manufacturing issue. And this MAY be a similar issue with the Xbox, I don't know but the fact that they have not solved that issue is a little worrisome. -
