Week 4 sees 4th and 5th clans eliminated from Riot Act

We had some great matches in Riot Act against outstanding opponents, both new and old. On behalf of odc, I thank UF for selecting us for this tournament and putting on another outstanding show. I would also like to send out kudos to all the clans that we faced. Evryone of them a class act!! Good luck to the remaining clans!! -
Don't think the stats carry over but you will be able to give Sony/Slant Six feedback on the game play. You may find something wrong that the dev's over looked and it would be resolved before the release. It surely is better that the regular Socom players take this baby for a test drive...after all we ARE the ones that will be playing it day and night and day and night and day and night....did I mention playing it day and night??

I am not sure which way is the best way but, I for one, am covering ALL my bases!!! I ordered the Qore with Confrontation in it...I pre-ordered Confrontation with the blue tooth AND on Socom.com I reply to EVERY post they put up on their site. I recall when the site first opened up, there was some speculation that the most active Socom people on their site and the PS3 forum may also get a chance to get the Beta.

Based on the fact that CoD is getting worse and worse they are probably packing up the tents and leaving town!! They made their money and will now ignore (or I should say continue to ignore) any problems with the on line! ;D Come on September 16th!!!

Have not seen clan support either. The only thing is squad invites and it only let you send an invite to a couple of guys...which is weird!

On top of everything you have all said above, of which I completely agree with, this game is getting worse and worse. You would think that IW would have listened to and resolved the biggest complaint about this game and that is....host migration...this was suppose to be resolved on the last update for the game but apparently they can not get it done. I had read..even on the IW web site...that with that update, if a host leaves the game, the game would not end and that it would go to the next best connection...haven't seen it and apparently they no longer care...we all bought it..they made their money and surpassed Halo as the #1 game!! Thats all they care about $$$$$$$ I am also not sure if any of you have ever noticed this but just because it says "The Host Ended" the game...I know for a fact that the majority of the time that is not the case. I have been the host many times and the game has ended and I am still there..so we all sometimes jump the gun but it is just the friggin game!!! Johnny has it right on the money....COME ON SOCOM!!!! Once Confrontation comes out my dog will be chewing on CoD!!!

As a parent, reading that article brought tears to my eyes and even still I am glad that you posted it. Parents are never supppose to outlive their children. We can only hope that God has some better purpose for taking this baby to be with him in heaven, and I am sure he does..one that we may never know or understand! As I stated in my earlier post, I not only speak for myself but for the entire (odc) clan when I say that our thoughts and prayers are truly with Scorp and his family during the horrific tragedy. I also hope that you, REVEREND, and the rest of your clan with call Scorp and try to ease his pain because he is going to need ALL of his friends right now.

We (odc) have also missed this post some how, but would like you to know that our thoughts and prayers are certainly with Scorp and his family at this very difficult time. It is such a tragedy when we lose one family member but then to lose another...simply devestating!!!

I'm with ya Dub!! Foxhunt got me hooked I hope they finally bring that one back. Find it difficult to believe that they are going to put Frostfire and Desert Glory in Confrontation. Guess we will really have to wait and see.

I'm guessing that we will see some maps that they HAVE NOT released already in a Socom CA Map Pack. That being said I am holding out hope for Foxhunt..my all time favorite!!

There is a tremendous amount of liabilty involved if the officer refuses to provide medical attention to someone that has requested it. With everything there is always the "what if" scenario. Maybe for some reason it could not be supplied immediately or there was some extenuating circumstances surrounding the delay or refusal to obtain the medical help. But either way there certainly could be civil lawsuit.

I was having the same problem that Bambam said about getting booted off. Hopefully they will fix the servers so you can stay on line better!!! Update: This disconnect problem is really becoming annoying. A friend of mine just picked up the game so we figured we would try it out on line in a private room. Since he just started it would bring us to that training mission before Somalia. We could never get through the training without me being disconnected. I usually don't have this problem. I am going to try and research the issue and if I find an answer to all the disconnects I will post it up. If anyone beats me too it please post. Also for the brief times I was on there was no Mic available either!!!
