UF's very first tourney. Was pretty epic, and it would have gone on for a lot longer because Cp* and THM were last 2 left with I forget, maybe THM having 24 states and Cp* having 26. At the time THM actually played on a regular basis and we ran the sniping game, as a member or 2 of THM were often recruited to snipe for our allies wars haha. It somehow got decided by the powers to be that it would end with a single war night, which we ended up losing in the most intense Blood Lake i've ever been in. Hopefully with the upcoming patches we can get a steady amount of ppl to play again so we can participate in a tourney again.

in the latest Blog entry they posted this picture as a teaser. this look like a snowy version of Vigilance to yall? wonderin if they're making shit able to be made into "snow" versions, think it'd be kinda cool.

I dont think anyone is debating the fact that Slant Six screwed up. Some just enjoy the game and try to stay positive.

if only Slant Six developers read these forums, then maybe the bitching would amount to something being done. i hear they read the socom.com forums, might post there if you absolutely can't reduce your stress without posting on forums.

I still play it. i play it probably twice a week max,but when I'm feeling like playin an intense respawn or two it definately hits the spot. I'm normally not a big fan of FPS (has nothing to do with SOCOM), but this is the first that's kept me interested. if it didn't have the different classes and mix-and-match abilities though I definately wouldn't be playing it. -
sounds like a capture the flag tactic in Halo lol. it's not any faster than a straight quick plant so dunno why it wouldn't be legal. i'd end up falling out the window anyway

why does everything seem to revolve around socom, especially by those who are unsatisfied with the game? im not a "socomer" but I will play a game "even if it's crap" as long as I'm able to have fun. isn't that the point of games? to stay on topic, God of War III. -

2 maybe 3 bucks if it's a Confrontation original. 1-2 bucks for S1/S2 map. there won't be any maps for free
