LPK will be there for sure. We have a lot of guys on the COD bandwagon, but we are a SOCOM clan first and foremost.

word via mlbtraderumors.com is that it is a 3 yr 60 mill extension with possible vesting option years. Doesn't seem like much of a discount for a pitcher in his age 33 season who has had shoulder issues in the past. It might have taken more years for Lee, but probably not much more in annual $$$.

unless Philly is getting at least a prospect or two, I don't understand this for them. Trading Lee for Halladay straight up? I know that Lee is not interested in giving a discount to Philly on an extension, but I would think that an extension for Halladay would be roughly the same as Lee. Lee is younger and doesn't have the injury history that Halladay has and also DOMINATED the NL last year. They must know something that I don't.

Kernel, I would be willing to bet that a lot of the lag is from the servers being overloaded with DL's. The night maps are ridiculously dark now though. On Desert Glory, you can barely see the middle building from the Seals right broken building. Pretty crappy. But other than that, I'm impressed.

I think that sucks. I wanted to see TCU matched up with a legitimate BCS conference power. I'd much prefer TCU-Florida and BSU-Cinci to that or TCU-GT and BSU-Iowa.

I have a family friend who works at a Toys R Us in a questionable area of Milwaukee and he said it was the most unbelievable thing he has ever seen. People knocking over children, parents cussing out other parents in front of children, more than one fist fight. What kind of jackass do you have to be to get arrested while Christmas shopping with your children? :-\ -

Well, Bob, I'll tell you. On the socom boards, the crybabies have cried since release. There were NUMEROUS threads and replies whining that the 'replay' value was poor due to a lack of 'upgraded' weapon options. "COD:MW has more replay value because of all the time you can spend upgrading every weapon to it's fullest potential." Loads of statements like that. So in true /6 fashion, they decided to listen to the bitchers, and moaners, and whiners instead of addressing issues that truly affect gameplay. At least that's how I see it. I haven't spen that much time on the socom forums, but i dont remember much community support for that kind of stuff. I KNOW that there has been a ton of very vocal support for user created ranked rooms, but the brit dbag in the psnation podcast said they will not add that to protect us from ourselves -
