I got my eyes on MW3. I was a big proponent of Treyarch after WAW, but since BO I have found I prefer IWs products. Dice put out a good game last fall in MOH, but my concern with BF3 is that they will try to do too much (since their goal is to beat COD) and the game will just be a mess. There is quite a few clans who play COD here. I think BF3 will get a lot of support here from the Socom clans since S4 has been a let down. I find it interesting with this game that all of the guns are really good at something and really bad at another. You don't see that too often in games anymore...

Just wondering what level everyone is on this game? I've almost made it to level 20 now, wishing there was a few more levels to go up to on the beta. What is fastest way to level up? I got quite a few XP for a chain reaction match I played the other day.

No RAM, no chat. Simple oversight their engineers did not consider. Even if they could get it to work, with how little RAM the consoles have it would makes games which use all of the memory run like shit.

Skype is good, drains your battery tho...I endes up taking it off. On your phone, google search "amazon appstore" theygive out a paid appfor free everday! Impossible Dolphin web browser ES file explorer (can access windows share, smb, ftp,etc) best way to transfer files imo. QuickPic it is WAY faster than standard gallery. Roam Control, allows you to force the phone to use roaming if you don't have signal. Just be careful not to roam too much. Tweetdeck Hackers keyboard

For those who haven't thrown Black Ops in the trash or traded it in for cold hard cash or if you are patiently waiting for the big hits in the fall, Urgent Fury is hosting Weekend Tournament which will take place on Saturday, August 13th, on Call of Duty: Black Ops. Matches will start promptly at 9pm CST. Teams will be placed into a bracket and will play 4v4 single elimination with rounds starting on the hour every hour. Rosters are allowed to be a maximum of 6 for this event. This third installment of Weekend Warrior will feature a twist on a classic Call of Duty game mode, titled "SQUAD DOMINATION". Each team will be given four types of guns that each player of them team must use. There is a sniper, a demoltions expert, a rifleman, and a run n gunner. Teams must not only rely on their gun skill, but also their team work to achieve victory. All you need to participate in WEW#3 is 4-6 friends on your roster and a team name. That's it! Apply Now! Click Here This ain't your ordinary Call of Duty tournament... THIS IS WEEKEND WARRIOR. Be sure to keep your eye out for future Weekend Tournaments only at Urgent Fury where new and challenging twists will be thrown straight at your face!

I see the issue with Socom 4's respawn as a threefold problem. 1) Some maps are not built for respawn. If I am by myself, and Bale Out comes up, I leave. 2) Unimaginative spawn system. While the protected spawns are a good idea in that they prevent some of the stuff that happens on CoD where people horribly abuse the spawn system and people spawn right in front of them. However, what is the point when the spawn ramps basically do the same thing? It is like cattle lined up for slaughter. 3) Socom players do not know how to play respawn. For some reason, the majority of pub players think that all they need to do is go to the 10-yard line with their sniper rifle and have tunnel vision on an area. The majority of gun fights should occur at the 50. But when the entire team won't move out of their side of them map, spawn trapping at that point doesn't even become an art... They just give you the map. Unfortunately, I don't think this issue can be resolved in this installment of the series.

We currently have events running for: Socom 4, Call of Duty: Black Ops, Gran Turismo 5, and some upcoming events for Resistance 3. We have a new type of event here at UF called Weekend Warrior, teams play out an entire simgle elim tournament. We have a Black Ops one running this weekend. Just have them post in this section or the new clan section and I will make sure they are taken care of. Thanks for bringing them aboard!

Ill be there, I downloaded the game yesterday using the key that I got with Socom. The first part of the download is about 1.5Gb, part 2 is about the same. Install goes fairly quickly.
