Well not really but how many are trying to figure out good excuses to leave work and get rid of the wife? Glad I am working from home this week and no wife, cause I would have been fired and income cut in half... LOL. -
People with PC's and Steam, who play (or played) Valve games Halflife, Counterstrike, etc should keep an eye on this project: http://www.socomsource.com They are far from a beta but could be really cool if they make it. I'm pretty sure this project came up before but they now have a website, etc, so thought I would point it out.

Is anyone else having this problem or knows how to fix it. After every round I have to go back to my weapon and put the mod back on my weapon. What's the sense of having mods if you have to keep putting them on EVERY round???

Ok in the Clan Challenge,when u get challenged by a clan in CC, You of course have your clan mates check the list to see rating and amount of players. HERES The catch is you accept the challenge and join then u get in the room and all of sudden the have more ppl then it showed we u accepted wtf ! Ok i understand allowing a player to rejoin after hes booted during game but,not after challenge is accepted! Have any of u guys seen this?

I can't play socom for extended periods of time like I can other games and I'm not a huge fan of Black ops. Lately I've been playing MW2, but I always go to Black Ops because none of my friends play MW2 anymore. So if anyone is interested in playing some good ol' fashioned MW2 send me an invite. In MAG before they increased the group sizes. We could group up by timing the accept group invite all at the same time. To have a clan war we would do the same except all enter a que at the same time. It work 100 percent of the time. Anyone try this with Socom? Why wouldn't it work because it's basically the same as MAG.

Due to the PSN crashing, the extended wait on a Socom party system and the "grass is greener on the other side" mentality a couple of us over at apkclan.com bought xbox's. The XBL interface is really top notch and we are having a blast playing BO. So with that said if anyone is interested in playing with some rag tag players add FilthyCrow and Obviouslyodin (Norseman325). There are a couple other apk'ers (AVR off hand) as well but I lost track of their XBL account. Anyhow, have a great week.

Here is a thread to post up if your clan is looking for opponenets for the clan challenge feature on S4. As anyone who has used it knows, sometimes there aren't many clans with 12-16 players on the clan list.

Alright guys, so I have been trying to get on Socom since last night. I can get on and get tot he point of joining a game. In the process of the game loading, the bullets on the bottom are moving, then they freeze and won't move, I let it sit there for about 5 minutes multiple times. Then tonight it was loading and i got to a black screen and I could here people talking, anyone know why this might be??

does anyone have anything report on the sharp shooter for ps3 socom 4 is it worth the money can u use it on line does it suck lol?

I know a few of you have beaten it. I was wondering what you thought of it. Personally I thought it was horrible. The story was awful and they didn't develop characters or emotions really at all. The gameplay itself was decent at times but it is way more run n gun now. I liked being able to take out most of the enemies stealthily in the old games. Now you are forced to just get in massive fights. I hate how your team gets in the way half the time during a fight or when you try and sneak around and do everything yourself. They just come casually walking up when there are 5 guys 20 feet away from you. I also noticed some glitches with enemies where they would just kind of stand or hide in the open and not even shoot at you. Overall I give the campaign as a whole a 4/10. It is by far the worst Socom single player to date and one of the worst endings I've ever seen.

After you sign on and get the new firmware and all that, what will be the first thing your doing on psn ? Messaging friends you haven't talk to in awhile ? Put in your favorite game and playing online ? Signing in to the socom forums perhaps ? I know it will be up sooner or later but when it is what will you do ?

Greetings to all here at Urgent Fury. CaribbeanCLANK here....used to be a member of Hollow \H/ Ground. A lot has changed since the last time I was on here. The site is looking good and I do see a few familiar names.....WAZ UP Irish Bull, see RedOctober is still around....Tool Minion, TOW and a few others. There was supposed to be a patch today or at launch. And I was under the impression that they were patching in the Party System. I re-listened to the podcast last night and they say we were going to have the party system at launch. The 1.03 patch I thought was done in the beta. I'm so sick of waiting... that's all I do with Zipper games is wait... I might get run over by something before they get the patches all done.
